Meet the Owner:
AdTec has been in business for over 30 years. Rick Shrader purchased the business in December 2006, and has been working ever since to insure that AdTec is a first-rate floor care company. Our goal is to provide customers with premium service at affordable prices. We strive to achieve this goal every day, to give value to our customers by delivering the best service in the business to those who put their trust in us.
Rick Shrader, BSME, FE is a graduate Manufacturing Engineer with a minor in Chemistry from Miami University. Rick’s technical background in chemistry and manufacturing helps AdTec live up to its name, Advanced Technology. A technical knowledge of chemicals and coatings, including green technologies, is imperative, along with an understanding of mechanical and chemical processes when making the right decisions that meet your needs.
Rick brings hands-on experience to AdTec, having spent over 12 years in the service industry doing maintenance and construction, including six years as the head of maintenance and renovation for five McDonald’s restaurants in the Richmond, IN area. Rick is also a certified home inspector.
